Largest Payment Processor Bitpay Will Soon Support Ether

BitPay, the largest payment services provider has opened the door for the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, Ether. BitPay announced the inclusion of Ethereum in the press release.

Organizations using Bitpay as the payment processor will soon be allowed to accept Ether, no additional enhancements are required to start accepting Ether. Additionally, wallet users will be able to store and use Ethereum in a BitPay wallet and BitPay Prepaid Visa Cardholders can top-up debit cards.

Ether (ETH) becomes only third cryptocurrency supported by BitPay

Ether (ETH) joins as the only third cryptocurrency supported by BitPay, after Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Since founding in 2011, BitPay has processed over $3 billion in payments and are still counting.

BitPay converts cryptocurrencies to the fiat currencies and vice versa. BitPay offers stable coin settlement with Circle CENTRE USD//Coin (USDC), Gemini Dollar (GUSD), and Paxos Standard token (PAX) as well as in 12 currencies and direct bank deposit in 37 countries.
